Budapest’s Cafe Piaf: A Cafe in Hungary You Should Have Been To By Now

Cafe Piaf, Budapest
Budapest’s Cafe Piaf has securely established itself as
a local icon and one of Budapest’s best cafés, serving quality and inexpensive
coffee shop foodfares at café prices right in the heart of Hungary. Is it a
winner? Yeah it is, considering it’s just a few walks away from the Hungary’s
Chain Bridge and the Hungarian Parliament House!
Hitting several (landmark) birds with one Cafe Piaf order, yes.

Found ourselves in this café early
morning, as we were in search for some local Hungarian breakfast. French-casual
inspired athmosphere with great music, great people, and great food choices.
Worth ordering is their Piaf Menu –
coffee/tea + scrambled eggs + fruit juice. What’s nice is that you can have
some local beers at sundown over here without having to splurge too much in
hanging out in a bar or some extra expensive restaurant.

While here, you just might be lucky to
check out the wall arts and search for Edith Piaf, a French cabaret
singer and actress who became widely regarded as France's national chanteuse,
as well as being one of France's greatest international stars. She is one of
the inspirations behind the Cafe Piaf. The friendly atmosphere capture locals and passers-by sometimes for hours at a time. Whether you just decide to pop in for a takeaway or enjoy a long lunch, the Cafe Piaf team is there to give you the best french-garian kind of cafe excellence.
