Don’t Even Think About 2016 Without Reading This First

Year check: it’s a few days past
2016, and I have officially idled my way into writing. That’s the thing about outgrowing a
year, you get to do a bit more time to prioritize stuff and spend more of it to
the fullest. And by prioritizing and spending those precious times, what I mean
is all that yuletide celebrations here and there – Singapore, Europe, Asia, and
anywhere else I can find myself at. Yes, 2015-2016 holidays was a bit longer
than usual for me, so expect more posts in the coming weeks.

Just got back from a long line-up of much anticipated and required throwback celebrations back in Manila, Singapore, and Europe. It’s always good to see your love ones, both nuclear and extended, no matter how complicated or hilariously difficult they are to deal with. Also great to catch up with old, trusted, and genuine groups of friends, no matter how amusingly dissing they may be sometimes! Everything can be addressed with two bottles of your favourite beer.

Yes, the year that has been was all sorts of miraculous incidents that led to this point in time. If you’ve been joining this space of mine for quite some time already then you probably have noticed that just like any season, the posts and stuffs change slowly but surely. From budget travels to random cups of coffee and inconspicuous office politic rants, I’ve made sure you had a piece of it. But now, as we both embark on another year of misadventures, I’d assure you that, slowly-but-surely, or probably not as slow as we anticipate it would be, there will be more stuff to share about, more room for that exiting welcome change – be it travel, lifestyle, and all the things that a would-be life traveler would deem indispensable. Any suggestions? Let’s do this 2016!
