September 20 2015 – Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix
Just like that,
it’s already the end of F1 this year, but everyone’s pretty vulcanized with
energy and exhilaration. This can only mean one thing: 2015 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix.
Yes, final pit lane walk, final drivers track parade, and all that car combat.
Yes, we are all excited, aren’t we?

We were there
early afternoon to see the parade, and surprisingly, the fans are still as high
and devoted as they were on the first day. The parade of drivers, seeing Sebastian Vettel, Daniel Ricciardo, Kimi Raikkonen, Nico Rosberg, Valtteri Bottas, and Lewis Hamilton in person just makes
you feel like a million bucks. Man, these drivers are awesome – how cliché can
I get, but it’s dang true.

Stage acts this
day goes to Jimmy Cliff at the Village Stage, and of course Singapore’s very
own The Sam Willows. Fascinating enough though, The Sam Willows made a massive
impact to the audience – everyone, even the non locals, were humming along their
music and having a great time. There was even one seemingly drunk front-row
seater audience just shouting (or was it singing?) the whole time to the tune
of TSW’s music. Everyone went crazy when they sang a few lines of Bon Jovi too!
I purposefully didn’t include any Bon Jovi pictures over here, must check out
the official photos instead! :-)
Roving, Music, Theatrical, and Circus Acts for one last time before checking out Bon Jovi, the final act for this year. His last performance in Singapore was more than two decades ago, so this time around, even the haze and the Porsche cars won’t stop him from having the time of his life – cos as he would put it, “it’s now or never, he ain’t gonna live forever!”.
