Mermaid Quay in Wales: Pictures of Cardiff’s Misty Waterfront
In as much as there are a lot of shopping arcades and pubs all around Cardiff,
Wales, we were in dire need of a quay. We were in a quest
to find some relaxing local-filled place, where we can just sit back, drink,
eat, maybe people-watch in Cardiff.

Good enough, we were enamored by the Mermaid Quay, which is this beautiful
and spacious waterfront shopping and leisure district in Cardiff Bay, Cardiff,
Wales. Opened in August 1999 and is known for its signature places like the
Lloyd George Avenue - a link road between the city centre and the Bay, several iconic
buildings and commercial spaces like restaurants, diners, yachts, and fireworks
displays. Cardiff Bay is one of the top destinations in Wales attracting
day-trippers, tourists, and locals alike. Really really nice place to hang out
and just get lazy around here. Check out the how unbelievably throwback these
places are -
