Walking in and Around Belfast: Everything You Need to See in Northern Ireland’s Capital

Walking in and Around Belfast
Belfast is a
cultured guy's city, if I may say so. Not only does it have tons of refined world-class
appeal to it, it also has one of the least deceiving facades you’ll ever find
in a city. What you see is what you get. A
clear snapshot of what quiet sophistication is. It’s all subtraction from
the cultural noises and trashes that come with a “normal” city. I would think
Dalai Lama and Buddha, if they lived in our era, would certainly appreciate a
city as “quiet” as this one!

Nice walking in and around Northern Ireland’s capital. You
could easily and nonchalantly complete a walking DIY sightsee, like a tourist
or like a local – both will do just fine. Could even do both in a day. Mix and
match of clean streets, quiet alleys, and impressive city-business architecture,
all check. It’s not much of a shopping district and people watching area; but,
there are opportunities to enjoy a laid-back kind of merrymaking, even if the
venue looks too well-mannered.

Time to walk with me through this visual, and see everything that you
need to see in Northern Ireland’s classy capital. I like it ‘cos it reminds me
of its possible long-long-cousin-of-a-city Zurich in most aspects. The city looks to empty of people in most of the pictures, cos I decided to take pictures without the people rambling everywhere. The city is made for myself alone, looks like it, for enjoyment’s sake, yes? Well, I also think it’s going to be a great idea to bring a good classic book and a whole lot of contemplative imagination when seeing this city. It’s one of those rare cities you could, in fact, enjoy a book with such taste.
