Revolution Coffee, Media Circle
Revolution Coffee – Portsdown Road
More than a few reasons to visit the Infinite Studios at Mediapolis, and see the surrounding
neighborhood of old colonial buildings
that’s different from the rest of Singapore. Though, one REALLY good reason to
go out here is the Revolution
Coffee, an Australian-inspired café house, which is cool and hipster by
characterization. #kangaroofistpump
Traveling to this cafe is relatively
rebellious, as it’s quite far off from the city, like the outback side of
Singapore you could say. Either by car, by taxi, or by bus only – no nearby MRT stations to serve as a
saving grace. If you propel yourself to this place, the best time to do it is
during early afternoons when brunch is in and yuppie-crowding is not a sin.
Owned by a former co-owner of an art gallery
in NYC, this coffee joint is inspired by the power of Single Origin Roasters in Sydney, which to this day is still making
caffeininspiration to coffee lovers here in Singapore, all thanks to the
Revolution Coffee. Read: In Caffeine We Trust. The café is like its
coffee fares, crisply sweet, deeply complex – something to look forward to. Must
try: Café Mocha, Iced Cocoa, Revolution Coffee Affogatto, Sticky Date Pudding.
The French Revolution is history. Jokes on me! lol. It’s all about Revolution Coffee now. There’s something about Australian cafes that are turning people’s lives upside down, down under, and into a new cool chapter. I need to get myself to AU, ASAP. The Revolution Coffee is another proof of that – it’s best for the hipster-seekers, the local wanderers, the love birds, the business partners.
