Climb the Top of Golconda Fort, Hyderabad

Golconda, Golkonda, Golla konda – the hill that has produced the world's most famous and coveted gem of all: the Hope Diamond, climbing this place in Hyderabad is like being in an episode of India Jones. So much history in Hyderabad, and I guess it’s Hyderabad’s time to be discovered and appreciated! There’s extra adventure and people surplus here, and you’ll get lost from the maze of rock formations that you have to tread and climb just to reach the best view of all of Hyderabad – the top of Golconda Fort.
The whole Golkonda Fort complex and its surrounding spreads across 11 km of total land area, and discovering its every nook is a tiring task. #noweaknees But, a visit and a peep of some of the areas will reveal the architectural beauty in many of the pavilions, gates, gardens, and domes. The best parts of the Golconda Fort: Stone Arch Ruins, Rani Mahal, the Staircase leading to the top of the Fort, and of course, the Fort overlooking the city.
For a lot of people, it’s seeing the sunrise, climbing mountains, and achieving heights – for some, it’s seeing the top of the Golconda Fort. Should you try it too – yes?

  1. Golconda is known as the Golkonda or Golla konda. It is the most famous place in this region. It is located at the 11 kilometers away in the west of Hyderabad. It is a best place for history lovers. I am also a great fan of history so I made a plan to visit it with my sister when she became free from her bus tour new york city to Washington. She loves to explore historical places. We were extremely feeling great to see it because we had not waste our time but we had a worthwhile tour. This place shows the history and beauty of the ancient times. I am happy to see your blog because you have done a great effort and captured spectacular views.
