Why You Must Try Lebanese Cuisine – Al Qasr Grille & Mezze Bar

Who would not want to sink a drink and enjoy the Middle Eastern ambiance of Al Qasr Grille & Mezze Bar in Holland Village? I sure wouldn’t mind at all – to spend a weekday after-office night out here is just the perfect idea to cap the day’s work. This Lebanese cavern is situated in the heart of Holland Village, but it’s not too center so you’re guaranteed some kind of exclusivity plus some fine dining bar experience.

Al Qasr Grille & Mezze Bar in Holland V. is a good ten minutes from the Holland Village MRT Station. It’s right at the outermost tip of Lorong Mambong, where all the fancy and fun bars, coffee shops, and restaurants are. Look for the almost dimly-lit yet extravagantly wide spaced bar area, and maybe the faint delicious scents of kebabs will give the place away. The best time to go here is during mid-evenings where you can see all the mesh of working people, both locals and expats, plus a whole lot of Middle Eastern food travelers and fanatics.

Hailed as the Best Lebanese Restaurant in Singapore to date, it’s a restaurant-bar that has down-to-earth decor, well-crafted drinks, and good music. You can spend hours and hours just lounging around this place and having a good quality time with folks. Food wise, Lebanese cuisine may not be the most popular or the most likeable, but certainly, the Al Qasr Grille & Mezze Bar makes it seem so, when you try out their version of foods. Must Try: Kibbeh Nayeh,Hummus, and Tabbouleh

The Al Qasr Grille & Mezze Bar is one of those bar places you would want to bring your friends who are new in town and would like to explore what are the other things Singapore can offer. It’s a really good place for some after-office chill, intimate dates, big gatherings, and some classy-but-not-too-much meet ups. You’ll get to enjoy some authentic Middle Eastern food experience unlike any other.
