The Pan Pacific Serviced Suites in Somerset is the best place to stay at if you’re having a short term business stint in Singapore. At least, that’s how our guy friend puts it. He’s confessing that he’s living the ultimate suite-bachelor life. And true enough, when we decided to crash-in his place for some weekend hang-out, we got so pumped up; we sure wanted to live there for the whole month! Haha.
Whether around the Orchard Road or the Somerset area, you could easily spot the towering building of the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites. It’s cheek-to-cheek with the 313 Somerset building, so it sure is convenient. You can walk from the Somerset MRT to this place without getting wet in the rain or getting lonely and empty handed – food, shopping, and things to do are just around the area.
You lucky bast*rd – we roared jokingly! The place is indeed a perfect personification of how a young business traveler should live in. It isn’t too cramped, but it’s packed with the best and coolest essentials you can think of: electric stove, high class fridge, flat screen TV, and king-size bed. Everything about the suite looks first-class. Even the view from the panoramic windows makes everything about the place look exclusive.
I’ve seen so many service apartments and hotels, and I know there are so many good places for business travels here in Singapore; but this one just sets itself up a little higher than the rest. From location, to facilities, to suite-service, the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites surely deserves all the good customer feedback and awards.
