Vienna Austria, Why Are You So Attractive?
For now, I’ll end my travel series with a walk around photo essay of the most picturesque capitals that I have been to – Vienna, Austria. I’d love to hear your thoughts on what makes a city attractive – perhaps, mystery? charm? organized complexity? I believe not only is there an art to it, but there is also a science to turn a city into an obvious beaut.
Having its history been mentioned to as early as 500 BC, Vienna or Wien, is truly attractive. Its city centre was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and it also happens to be the second largest number of German speakers after Berlin, Germany. Vienna is one of the most prosperous city in the world, and was ranked 1st globally for its culture of innovation. Without question, facts alone can attest that Wien is known for its high quality of life.
Vienna is located in the eastern part of Austria, close to the borders of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary, the layout of the city is beautifully written, with so much music, culture, food, architecture, religion, education, and leisure activities to explore. From museums, theatres, opera houses, universities, parks, gardens, Viennese cafes, and even tourist attractions, spending a week or two in Vienna alone will be worth your while.
