The Propaganda Bistro: Ho Chi Minh’s Best Day and Night Out Bar Place
The Propaganda Bistro, Vietnam
Of all the times I’ve blogged about
city cafes in South East Asia, this one will always be one of my favorites, and
not just because it is an amazing bistro, no. It’s a favorite because it’s a
culmination of a yearly wrap up of incredible travel done in Saigon. I was able
to re-experience all the dependable outtakes that Ho Chi Minh has to offer, and
this is the place that made Vietnam even more memorable.
The Propaganda Bistro – Restaurant – Cafe – Hangout place
in Ho Chi Minh city is the most
culturally relevant and real place to catch what’s really happening in the
hipster side of Vietnam. It’s a go to place for all things great - a Vietnamese bistro, with lots of delicious
local food fares matched with international favorites, you’d sure want to
suspend some of your idle time here.
Everything is guaranteed Vietnamese, so
expect your food favorites with lots of contemporary and artistic Vietnamese
influences. They say to try the Marou
dark chocolate, which is Vietnam’s one and only fondue, home-made soursop
and sugar cane ice-cream and banana in crunchy sticky rice; but I say try their
Vietnamese coffee. A sure show stopper.
Head over here if you’re into that
celebratory mode with friends, folks, and foreigners. It’s a mammoth place for
some good times with good food choices. Of course, there’s always an option to
invite more people… like me, I won’t mind!
