We Make Cafe, Belfast: AAA+++ Coffee Place in Northern Ireland

We Make Cafe, Belfast – Northern Ireland
Have you ever tried entering a cafe
that has just opened early in the morning? This is the ultimate “cafe test” when in a new city. Imagine staying way late at night, probably because of hangover or because of restless sightseeing, then waking up in the morning, void of caffeine. All that’s left of you are bloodshot eyes and a dinasour-sized craving for caffeine. The only saving grace is that cafe place that’ll turn everything around.

The We Make Cafe at the Waterfront Hall
in Belfast happens to be the saving
grace of all saving graces. This grab
and go coffee place has passed the cafe test with straight A+s. It was my second day in Belfast, and the lack of sleep and energy compelled me to enter into this early morning coffee shop. Upon entering the We Make Cafe, the metal gray tables and comfortable-looking chairs seem to be welcoming, it’s a a good start – the mood in the We Make seems synonymous to a dignified commercial coffeehouse; like Starbucks, but more personable, more Belfast style. Then there was this lady barista who changed everything and made A+ rating seem to modest. The most accommodating cafe barista you’ll ever find in Belfast is here. The politeness, the care, the quality of service = AAA+++.

The coffee here is excellent and the food, solid and rather reasonable. Lovely
deep flavors, smooth, enough to keep you feel you woke up on the right side of
the bed. It’s a good size and at the perfect temperature. The food on the other hand are the usual selections you can find across Belfast, but tasty and fresh looking. Enough choices to grab and go before office or school work, or enough to stay and savor before going about with a day in Belfast.
The We Make Cafe is one of the best cafes to go to when in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Recommended for soloists, office folks, students, and small groups who’d like to enjoy a cafe that’s not much into exagerated frills, but focuses on excellent quality of service and coffee community.
