Explore UK Travel: Visiting the United Kingdom for the First Time

Explore UK Travel: Visiting the United Kingdom for the First Time
I made a pact to my itchy feet that I’ll make sure
to visit all the Top 10 countries to which I get the most audience from this
travel blog. Two months ago, I was able to tick the 3rd one from the list: United Kingdom.
I’m more than consumed about the idea of exploring UK, because not only is Sherlock
Holmes my
distant relative from an odd universe, I happen to be a muggle-born finding
my way to Hogwarts, yes.

Seriously though, this side of the world is a reminder
that I need to go a-s-a-p, find-a-way, and do-it-now. And so before ending
2014, packed my trusty old beaten black suitcase, flew 13 hours, and a few more transfers --- to see London,
and the rest of the cities. And before I completely looooooose myself from all the other good things I’ll say about the UK, can I just say, bloody wow United Kingdom you are so gorgeous. I like you so much, London. Belfast, has anyone told you that you’re the friend of friends? Wales, can I see you more often? Edinburgh, can we move in together? Maybe more like me moving in with you?

Everything about the United Kingdom is gorgeous,
and I feel chastened for not seeing the country sooner. There’s just so much
reflective and scenic prospects here to see and do, and you know well that
that’s my zoom-in idea when it comes to discovering new places. You can’t go
wrong with panoramas like the ones here, and wow UK has all the landmarks and checkmarks you need to
see and do and experience.
It certainly is different from the rest of the European countries surrounding the UK. As a culture, I see that they’re friendlier, more accepting, and wittier. #englishumor #drywit It’s a different kind of wow compared to visiting other European cities for the first time. But the certain thing to expect though is the fact that you’ll thoroughly enjoy the melancholic yet courageous looking country – be it for a solo backpacking trip, a honeymoon adventure, a family affair, or a group misadventure. Join me as I start my new travel series on the different cities, places, and scenes of the great United Kingdom. Have you been to the UK? Hope to hear your shoutouts on your favorites :-)
