Like a Local: Exploring Punggol Water Way Park in Singapore
Punggol is one of our go-to places when we want to dial down from Singapore’s city life, and just chill-out with some of our friends. Sometimes, going out and spending too much time and money in bars, bistros, and busy places get tiring, and you would just opt for some homebody kind of bonding. Yes? #oldage When you find out that the Punggol Water Way Park is even better than before, with all the waterfront development – what would you do? Who wouldn’t want to try it out?

So before hitting our friend’s place, we visited the Punggol Water Way Park for some slowdown siesta. And it’s nice to highlight that the Punggol Water Way Park has four themes – Nature Cove, for some scenic view of the waterway; Recreation Zone, for some water and sand play; Heritage Zone, for some old school Punggol Road vegetation; and the Green Gallery for some terrain tracks. Though it’s not as adventurous as the big reservoirs in Singapore, the Punggol Water Way Park looks a lot cleaner and better compared to the other local parks you might be familiar with.
Maybe your next park timeout will be in Punggol Water Way Park, yes? Have you been here? Maybe planning to? Maybe you should.
