Complete Your Paris Trip: Must See Masterpieces in Louvre
Must See Masterpieces at the Louvre in Paris
Paris's Louvre Museum or the Musée du Louvre leads
the arts scene as the world’s most visited museum
for as long as I can remember. And with this impression, of course the inner
architecture slash art fart genius in me just wants to gawk at all 35,000 plus
works of art here. But given the time and space allowed here in the Louvre
Museum, that’s just impossible to do in a day, much more, in a few hours. In
fact, did you know that there are more than eight million people that flock to
this place every year – you’d probably see more people than art, if you’re not
too strategic about your choice of viewing. Lol.
Doing some sort of planning must be done before visiting this grand museum. There are so many activities, exhibitions, collections, schedules, floor plans, and tours found at the Louvre and to come up with something that will fit your art taste is much better. Told you I didn’t do any extensive preparations for Paris, so for this part, did it at a shallow random pace. It’s not just Leonardo’s Mona Lisa that matters here in Louvre, there is more than a mouthful of jaw dropping works of art worth seeing.
Drum roll please: presenting – personal collection of the must
see masterpieces at the Louvre in Paris. Here are the best of the best artworks
that are quite unique, major, and historical – from sculptures, to landscapes,
and exhibits. Bring out those inner curator glasses. Play some Mozart music. A very mini gallery of some sort. I'm sure you'll enjoy this one.
