Why You Should Take A Trip Around the World - Beijing World Park
A Trip Around the World - Beijing World Park
China is big and pompous when it comes to showing off traveling highlights, and admittedly, this country will not disappoint you. Let the walls, bricks, and the rest of the mountain ranges of the Great Wall speak for itself and everything else won’t matter. But of course that’s just too over-rated – that’s already a given, we know that, right? Good thing China offers so much more places, things, culture, and experiences.Since China is so dynamic and spot on when it comes to covering all these things (places, things, culture, experiences), they decided to have it all in one pivotal park: Beijing World Park. It’s a flaunting theme park showcasing all the glorious landmarks around the globe, strategically mixed and matched around several hectares of Chinese territory. The place offers simple yet perfect-in-all-its-form opportunities for you to completely blank out when discovering all the sites of every country. It’s like you’re there, but not quite, but still you’re thankful anyway.

The huge medieval castle-like arch at the park’s entrance says it all. Then when you get inside, boom - gods and goddesses will greet you with their perfectly chiseled sculptures, as the area nearest to the entrance is Greek Mythology themed. We saw some pictorial sessions for soon-to-be married couples, enjoying their “city” hopping schemes.
You can spend at least half day just to see the whole place – be it on foot, by battery operated cars, monorails, or maybe even via speedboat. The super scenic areas showcase roughly more than a hundred scaled-down replicas from landmarks across Asia, Africa, Europe, and Americas regions.

Why not rush through Russia. Or take a good look at the Eiffel Tower. Or do some crazy jump shots in front of Egypt’s Pharaoh of Alexandria. Personal favorite: doing childish panda pictures across Europe! True story. It’s hard to compete against the scenic views of the Beijing World Park. You won’t win. Everything in this place stands out; everything looks intricate and interesting.

This park is not all backdrop perfection. There are other means where you'll enjoy cultural diversity: thru shopping for souvenirs, dining for some new foods, or seeing some cultural shows to keep everyone in the loop on every country’s ethnicities. Take for example their mammoth-like elephants showing off some stunts. Seeing the world without having to travel a million miles via plane sounds like an absurd thing to do, especially if you love traveling that much. But come to think of it, this seems like a possible option if you have an all-encompassing place such as the Beijing World Park.
